Obituary

Willie Moore, a beautiful soul, went to be with her Savior on May 7, 2022, at the age of 90. She was the daughter of Sherman Singleton and Caladonia (Reynolds) Singleton born on January 30, 1932, in Kenefic, Oklahoma.

Willie was a housekeeper at the hospital for many years, and a member of the Baptist faith. She enjoyed mowing and taking care of her yard, but especially loves feeding and watering the birds.

Mrs. Moore is survived by her children, Rick Moore, Robert Moore, Randy Moore and wife Angela, and Cheryl Buchanan all of Durant, Oklahoma, 11 beloved grandchildren and 10 beloved great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Charles Capel Moore, son, Charles Francis Moore, and 4 brothers along with 3 sisters.

Family hour will be from 7-8:00 PM on Wednesday May 11th at the Holmes~Coffey~Murray Chapel, 121 North 5th Street, Durant, Oklahoma. A funeral service in honor of her life will be at 10:00 AM Thursday May 12th at the Chapel with Brother Anthony Williams officiating. She will be laid to rest at the Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Armstrong with Tanner Buchanan, Tyler Buchanan, Trevor Moore, and Randy Moore as her pallbearers.
