Obituary
Carrol Ray Knight passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 29, 2023 at the age of 79 years old. He was born on July 20, 1944 in Boswell, Oklahoma to William Louie and Oreene (Booth) Knight.
Carrol honorably served his country in the U.S. Army. He had an adventurous soul that was evident in the jobs that he held. He worked as a truck driver and was able to see many different places, and at one point worked on the ski slopes in Colorado. Carrol also mined for gold in California. In his downtime, Carrol enjoyed watching his favorite TV shows.
He is survived by his brother Larry Knight and his wife Mary of Bennington, Oklahoma, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceding Carrol in death are his parents William and Oreene Knight, his brother J.T. Knight, and his sister Marlene Knight.
A graveside service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at Gethsemane Cemetery in Caddo with Brother Roger Speers officiating.
